Above the Line is led by Suzy Malhotra

Founder of The Leadership Line

Suzy spent nearly three decades inside creative agencies, progressing from Project Manager to Client Services Director and Board member at 4D Design, working on global brand exhibition & events design and build projects in high-pressure environments.

Alongside this lived experience, Suzy is a qualified coach.

Participants value being supported by someone who:

- understands agency life from the inside

- knows the personalities, pressures and politics involved

- and can name what’s happening when leaders feel it but can’t articulate it.

This work is practical, thoughtful and grounded in real leadership decisions.
