The Above the Line Programme runs over six months and is limited to 8–10 senior leaders.
The experience includes:

Suzy spent nearly three decades inside creative agencies, progressing from Project Manager to Client Services Director and Board member at 4D Design, working on global brand exhibition & events design and build projects in high-pressure environments.
Alongside this lived experience, Suzy is a qualified coach.
