The Programme is group-based, structured around 9 leadership themes, and runs over 6 months with a cohort of 8-10 leaders.

Leadership Partnership is 1:1, tailored to your specific role and situation, and adapts to what you're navigating in real time. It's more strategic and faster-paced.

Both use The Leadership Line framework. The difference is the level of personalisation and pace.

Question 2: How long does the 1:1 Coaching Partnership Run?

Partnerships are typically 6-12 months, though some leaders continue beyond that. We agree on an initial commitment and review as we go.

Question 3: What's included in the partnership?

The structure is tailored to what you need. We discuss the specific details in the strategy session based on your situation.

Question 4: Is this suitable for agency-sponsored leaders?

Yes. Many leaders are sponsored by their agency as part of succession planning or leadership development.

Question 5: What's the investment?
