Leadership Coach & Mentor for Creative Agencies

With nearly 30 years inside creative agencies, progressing from Project Manager to Client Services Director and Board member at 4D Design, I understand the unique pressures facing agency leaders.

I was promoted because I was a strong operator. Then I was responsible for teams, clients, delivery standards and the leadership decisions that sit alongside performance and margin.

Nobody taught me how to make that shift, I just had to find my way.

After closing 4D in 2020 and my own cancer diagnosis, I trained as a coach and realised that what caused me the most stress, the managing people, holding boundaries, making decisions under pressure was exactly what every creative agency leader struggles with.
